How can I get out of paying back student loan debt?
I filed banctruptcy but still owe 25000 in student loans. I can’t afford the minimum payment and they are about to garnish my wages.

Do not be mislead, employers can indeed garnish wages to collect student debt on behalf of lenders. The government even tells them how to do it here http://www.ed.gov/offices/OSFAP/DCS/awg.html
