Due to the changes in legislation of credit card agreements and unsecured loan agreements taken out before 2007 you could be entitled to reduce your credit card payments and its capital. On many occasions you could also be able to disregard your credit card balance in full due to the high probability that the credit agreement you originally signed is flawed and completely unenforceable. Under current consumer credit laws, when you enter into a contract with a bank or credit card company, the paperwork must contain certain prescribed details that you have clearly signed up to. If you haven’t signed the agreement, or if the required legal elements aren’t specifically stated, then the lender will find itself in trouble if it tries to take you to court for non-payment. In other words, the contract you have with the lender may be unenforceable and, therefore, worthless. 8 out of 10 credit agreements are defective in some way although they say that only 2 out of 10 contracts would probably be deemed ‘unenforceable’ by a court of law. Financially savvy customers who are getting fed up with excessive charges and poor service may be able to use defective credit agreements as levers to get better …

A lot of people see this and think this guy is cheating someone out of money:
1. fees
2. charges
3. overcharges
these mounting additions to your inflated interest rate are freely added to your account, without so much as a heads up. So $1,000 turns into $3,000, easily. And they expect you to cough up the 3k and not complain about it.
the U.S. government has a policy of no usury, but it does not apply to credit card companies for some reason. face it, fees are interest on your money.

This is true. And it works. First it was bank charge and endowment claims and now this. Debtmuncher have it down to a tee too so do use them if you have a balance outstanding on loans or credit cards before the legislation changes again to stop banks losing so much money in already difficult times!!!
Good luck debtmuncher. Finally a good service that leaves everyone feeling happier in their pockets…..apart from of course the banks.
